We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Compounder / Blending Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the initiative to take ownership of tasks while adhering to company policies, core values, and all applicable regulations.
In this role, the Compounder / Blending Operator will be responsible for the efficient daily operations of the compounding area, with a focus on precise ingredient measurement and equipment monitoring to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our quality systems. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or related industries, including GMPs/GDPs, product release procedures, in-process quality control, non-conformance investigations, audits, and environmental monitoring. This individual must be a team player with strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to upholding company policies, core values, and applicable regulations.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of quality and regulatory expectations in pharmaceutical or related industries (e.g., personal care, cosmetics). Familiarity with GMPs, ISO standards, and quality system principles is essential. Experience should include product release, root cause analysis, CAPA development, auditing, and environmental monitoring. Strong English writing skills are required for documentation and communication. The candidate must also demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
