Responsibilities

  • Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure operations are running safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Shut down mixing or blending equipment once desired product specifications are achieved, then activate pumps and open valves to transfer finished mixtures to the next processing stage.
  • Gather material or product samples for laboratory analysis to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established specifications.
  • Add and blend chemicals or ingredients into processing batches using appropriate hand tools or equipment, following precise formulation guidelines.

As a Quality Assurance Floor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily production activities across designated manufacturing lines. You’ll provide hands-on quality assurance support to ensure strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices), while maintaining product integrity and process consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support production teams to uphold quality standards throughout manufacturing operations
  • Applies GMP/GDP principles in all areas of responsibility on a daily basis.
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively across all levels of production staff by offering continuous QA-focused guidance and mentorship on the manufacturing floor.   • Identifies and assesses any non-conformances or potential quality/compliance issues in real time, implements appropriate containment actions, and escalates to Senior QA Management when necessary.
  • Actively supports the investigation of internal non-conformances and external customer complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions when required.
  • Assists with company-wide QA training sessions for GMP/GDP’s, SOP’s, Work Instructions and company requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and documentation reviews to maintain quality control
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support process improvement and waste reduction initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of FDA regulations (GMP/GDP).

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QC Technician will be responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and documenting results to support consistent product excellence. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our brand reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform raw material sampling and inspection in a controlled sampling booth environment following SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Use FTIR to verify chemical structures and confirm raw material identity.
  • Perform titrations, pH measurements, organoleptic evaluations, specific gravity, and viscosity to confirm quality attributes of raw materials, in-process and final products.
  • Perform UPLC and GC testing to quantify active ingredients in raw materials and finished products.
  • Accurately record raw data, observations, and results in logbooks or electronic systems; review and compile data into analytical reports.
  • Ensure timely release of raw materials and products in compliance with company specifications and GMP standards to support production schedules.
  • Conduct stability testing according to stability protocols to monitor product performance over time.
  • Perform routine calibration checks on laboratory instruments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment under GMP guidelines.
  • Adhere to all SOPs and safety protocols while performing laboratory testing and handling chemical materials.
  • Support investigations, OOS/OOT analysis, and continuous improvement activities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise and strong theoretical understanding of analytical instrumentation, in particular; UPLC, GC-FID, FTIR, and Automated Titrator.
  • Hands-on knowledge of general wet chemistry, including titration, density, general separation/extraction, DSC, etc.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels. You’re the gatekeeper of parts, making sure they’re neither too scarce nor overflowing.
  • Order new materials when needed
  • Update records accordingly

Parts Room:

  • Clean, organize, and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct cycle counts /inventory checks

On the Move:
